Where do you send your guests when there is no extra room for them to stay in your apartment? When living at VINETA 98, you will no longer have to send your guests to a hotel, but can instead offer them a pleasant stay in our guest apartment.
Description:
The apartment consists of two rooms, two hallways, a kitchen and bathroom, measures approximately 58 m² and is attractively furnished.
There is plenty of room and seating to relax in the living room, which is complete with a TV, radio and an additional pull-out couch for extra sleeping space.
The apartment boasts a comfortable bedroom with double bed, closet and four blankets and pillows (without covers) to ensure a restful night or just a short siesta.
The well-kitchen with a spectacular view of the beautiful patio leaves nothing to be desired. It is complete with refrigerator, tableware, ceramic stove top, sink, seating area and much more.
In addition, the guest will find another large table in the spacious hallway - to eat, play or simply relax on.
Finally there is a modern bathroom which has been tiled and equipped with new facilities.
General Information:
The apartment is non-smoking and can sleep up to four people comfortably (on two pull-out couches for two people each). With this said, there is enough room to bring an additional air mattress (or similar) for an additional guest. Towels and covers are to be brought by the guest(s) him/herself.
Prices:
The apartment is available for our members' and tenants' guests only.
Price per night for the first guest:
Member - € 25.00/ Non-Member - € 30.00
Price per night for each additional guest:
Member - € 5.00/ Non-Member - € 10.00
